Shipping policy
At KIN-LABEL, we take pride in ensuring every order is handled with care, precision, and efficiency. Each piece is crafted and packaged to reflect the elevated standard of our brand.
1. Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotional events, or new product launches.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
KIN-LABEL does not have control over carrier operations or delivery schedules once an order has left our facility.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
KIN-LABEL is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@kin-label.com. We will make every effort to update the address prior to fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
KIN-LABEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will assist as possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
For items that arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@kin-label.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
KIN-LABEL is not liable for packages delayed or held by customs.
7. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are produced in limited quantities and may have extended fulfillment times. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page. Please allow additional time for delivery.
8. Shipping Updates
If we experience any unexpected delays or issues fulfilling your order, you will be notified by email with an updated delivery estimate.
